Analysis narrative
This was the first landing of the student pilot's first solo flight. The pilot flared too high and the aircraft touched down hard and bounced back into the air. The pilot initiated a go-around and the aircraft veered to the left. The aircraft ran off the runway, crossed over a ditch, and collided with a fence.

Factual narrative
On July 7,1995, about 1000 eastern daylight time, a Cessna 152, N95633, registered to Boca Flight Center I, ran off the runway and collided with a fence during landing at Boca Raton Airport, Boca Raton, Florida, while on a 14 CFR Part 91 instructional flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time and no flight plan was filed. The airplane was substantially damaged and the student pilot was not injured. The flight had originated from the Boca Raton Airport about 5 minutes before the accident. The student pilot's flight instructor stated this was the student's first landing of his first solo flight. The student stated that during landing he flared too soon and the aircraft bounced. He initiated a go-around and the aircraft veered to the left. The aircraft crossed over a ditch and collided with an airport fence. -
