As the pilot raised collective to climb, the helicopter immediately rolled over to the right and impacted the asphalt. The helicopter sustained substantial damage to the tailboom. The pilot reported there were no preaccident mechanical failures or malfunctions with the helicopter that would have precluded normal operation.
